Community Information & Events🐾🐾 Medical Detection Dogs Wellie Walk 🐾🐾
Just to give you a little information about what we do at Medical Detection Dogs, we train dogs to detect human diseases using their incredible sense of smell. Our Medical Alert Assistance Dogs support people with life threatening conditions by alerting them to a medical event that could lead to collapse. Our Bio Detection Dogs use the same skill to detect diseases on samples, furthering our research in to earlier and more effective diagnosis of diseases.
Events like The Welly Walk help us to raise money and the profile of the charity and are always good fun! Here are the details…
Date: Sunday 20th October 2024
Location: Willen Lake, V10 Brickhill Street, Milton Keynes, MK15 0DS
Walk routes – choose from two routes – approx. 1.5km or 6.5km route.
Setting off between 10:30am and 12:00pm.
