Update Your Details

It is vital that all the details we have on record are correct and accurate. We have a convenient way for you to access, review and request changes to the data held about you and your children direct from your phone. You are able to access the SIMS Lite app at your own convenience via smartphone, tablet or PC – anytime, anywhere. This is an opt-in facility so if you choose not to use it but require changes to be made to the information we hold please contact us on office@buckinghamprimary.com.

What will you find in the SIMS Parent App?

• Contact details available at the click of a button.
• Access to apply to update things such as; your contact details, medical details and permissions etc… so we always have the most up-to-date information in case of an emergency.
• If you have more than one child at school, you’ll have access to this information for all your children, from the same app.

Getting started with the SIMS Parent App

1. For new users of SIMS Parent App-You will be sent an activation email to the email address held on our system. Simply click on the link from your tablet, PC or smartphone to activate your account. If you need to update your email address, please let us know by emailing office@buckinghamprimary.com.co.uk.
2. From your smartphone or tablet, download the app from the Google Play or Apple App Store – search for SIMS Parent. From a PC or Windows phone, login online at www.sims-parent.co.uk.
3. Existing users of SIMS Parent App can continue to use it as before to keep us up to date with all data.

Important Information

• Please note that for photo permissions if you agree for all forms of photo use e.g. media use, annual etc. Please only tick the box that says ‘Yes All’ rather than ticking all of the photo options. In all other circumstances tick the photo permissions that apply.
• Changes are generally applied for, so once you have made the change via the SIMS Parent App, it is then sent to our admin team to approve the changes.
• Medical changes may need to be accompanied by specific forms if health care plans need to be changed. We will let you know if this is applicable.
